Build Your Own Teacup & Saucer Set with Fifth Street Studio

Peel Compton Foundation

Tea time has been used for centuries as a moment to slow down, meet with friends or family, discuss business, or simply sit with oneself. Join us for this special collaboration with Fifth Street Studio to learn these functional wares and make your own teacup and saucer set. We’ll examine some styles, forms, and decorative motifs from 19th century pottery and look closely at some of the pieces in the Peel Museum collection. This class is appropriate for beginners to pottery, ages 12 and up.
