Before you submit
It needs a date, a time, and a place
Events only. Ongoing services, sales, and general business promotion aren't events, and they get rejected.
A human reads every one
Nothing publishes automatically. We check the date, the venue, and that it isn't already on the calendar — usually within a day.
It has to be in the corridor
Anywhere in our 28 towns, from Bentonville to Winslow. Fort Smith and Tulsa are outside what we cover.
Run a venue with a regular schedule?
Don't submit them one at a time. We can watch your calendar page and pull shows automatically — see the venue directory or email hello@thenwatoday.com.
Submitting doesn't guarantee a listing. We leave out anything that isn't an event, duplicates something already listed, or reads as an ad.
