Financial Wellness Series with TIAAcalendars.uark.edu

November is Financial Wellness Month! Employee Wellness, Engagement, Recognition, and Wellness (ERW), Human Resources, is partnering with TIAA to offer a four-session Financial Wellness Series designed to help University of Arkansas employees build knowledge and confidence around financial decision-making, retirement planning and long-term financial well-being. The series includes two topics: Money Psychology explores how human nature, life experiences and personal biases can shape feelings and behaviors around money. Participants will consider how these influences affect financial decisions and how keeping the bigger picture in mind can support long-term interests. Steps to Help Secure Your Income in Retirement helps participants assess where they stand, establish financial priorities, optimize savings and investments, and consider strategies for creating lifetime income in retirement.
