The place
- Since 1927
- Designed by Rogers architect A.O. Clarke; opened Dec 5, 1927, to a crowd of 750. Will Rogers and Conway Twitty played it. Closed as a movie house in the early 1970s
- Firsts
- Rogers's second theater, first with a fireproof projection booth, and the first air-conditioned building in town. On the National Register of Historic Places
- Revival
- The city bought it in 2008. After a renovation partly funded by the Walton Family Foundation, it reopened with Pat Metheny on March 13, 2024
